2. How fast will I receive my requests?

3. How do I make requests?

During the onboarding process, you’ll get a Slack channel with direct access to your dedicated consultant for all questions and requests. You can make all your requests to him or her directly on the channel: Audits, Implementations, Dashboards, Automations, Reports, and Analysis.

4. What programs and tools do you use?

We have proprietary processes and use many tools and systems. We often use what the client already uses, such as Airtable, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Make, Google Tag Manager, Adobe, Optimizely, Kameleoon, PowerBI, Tableau, Zapier, Daasity, Northbeam, and others.

5. How does the pause feature work?

Our subscription is renewed every 30 days. In case you only have one or two requests that take for example 18 days to deliver, you can pause your subscription and use your 12 remaining days anytime you need our services again.

6. What if I don’t like the work?

We offer unlimited revisions until you’re 100% satisfied.

7. Is there any work you don’t cover?

This service is mainly for operation optimization services. We are specialised in Automations, AI, and Analytics. We do not do ads, and we are not a CRO agency.

8. Do you make any refund if I don’t like the service?

We are confident in our work and offer unlimited revisions, therefore, we don’t offer refunds on this membership.
