Our Story

How Scaling Studio started

It started with a problem

Before Scaling Studio, André was running demand generation at one of the largest outsourcing companies in the world. His team was generating 10 to 12 million euros in revenue every year. But what kept him up at night was never the numbers. It was the systems - or the lack of them.

Four years at Mercedes-Benz

He left to join Mercedes-Benz as a data engineer. Four years of building data pipelines, deep work in AI and automation, and a Master's in Data Science later - he had the technical foundation to build what he'd always wanted to build.

The problem was always the same

Everywhere he looked, the same story. Companies growing fast, teams working hard, but the infrastructure underneath couldn't keep up. Leads slipping. Clients churning. Founders stuck in the middle of everything. The problem was never the people. It was always the system.

Founded by partners in life and in business: André, a technical engineer, and Hiba, a creative architect. Together, a team that thinks in systems and builds for scale.
