This Privacy Policy explains how The Scaling Technology FZCO (“Scaling Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit thescalingstudio.com (the “Site”), interact with our forms, or otherwise engage with our services.
We are established in the United Arab Emirates and process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“UAE PDPL”). Where applicable, we also process personal data in accordance with the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (“CCPA/CPRA”).
Information you provide to us. When you complete a form on our Site (for example, the contact form, the AI Operations Score tool, or when booking a strategy call through Calendly), we collect the information you submit, such as your name, company name, email address, role, and any message or context you share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including IP address, approximate location, browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, and timestamps.
